Color Wonder

Last Saturday, we were out in Tulsa looking for a new TV stand. After having no luck at Rooms Today or Mathis Brothers, we went to Office Depot (I know, right?!) upon the recommendation of the guy at Mathis. So, as we suspected, they do not carry TV stands. However, they are located right by FFO and Furniture Row, so was no big deal.

On with the point of this story, while at Office Depot, we spotted a Color Wonder Sleeping Beauty packet. I've been wanting to buy Violet a Color Wonder set for awhile, because she loves coloring with her crayons, but I have to watch her like a hawk! So, we decided to buy it for her, and let her carry it through the rest of the store. When I went buy it, I had to un-clench her fingers from the package! She was worried I wasn't going to give it back!

So, a few furniture stores later, we went home and I opened it for her.

So, it turns out, while she likes to scribble every so often, what she REALLY likes to do is just play with the markers. She likes to try to put them together, and put the lids back on, and stuff like that. She's always trying to figure stuff like that out! Such a smart little girl!
